Why are intensive driving courses expensive?

Intensive driving courses are not expensive if you choose the correct driving school. There’s many agencies who charge extortionate prices. These agencies are usually not driving instructors, they’ve basically set a website up, aimed at selling you an overpriced driving course, they try and find a driving instructor to do the work. The agency takes a cut, and pays the driving instructor a small amount to teach you. This could easily backfire, as it’s a lucky-dip as to which driving instructor you will get. Not all driving instructors have a good previous track record.

Our driving school is NOT an agency, we have our very own in-house team, who have been driving instructors for many years and have a vast amount of experience in delivering intensive driving courses. READ OUR REVIEWS HERE.

Are intensive driving courses worth it?

Intensive driving courses have been a life saver for many learner drivers. It’s a quick and convenient way of passing your driving test. Some learner drivers simply don’t have the time to do weekly lessons and prefer to book a week off from work, and commit their time and focus to the driving course. We have put together a customer information fact sheet to help you decide if an intensive course is right for you. Read it here.

Intensive driving course guaranteed pass

No driving school can guarantee that you will pass. You might be the world’s best driver but during the driving test something could happen which leads to a serious or dangerous fault. This would then result in failure. Choosing your intensive driving course carefully is likely to decrease the chances of a failure, however this can not be guaranteed. If you find a company offering a guaranteed pass, then I’d advise you to carefully read their small print.
