The driving test changes 2017    The driving test will change from Monday 4 December 2017 to include following directions from a sat nav and testing different manoeuvres. The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) has confirmed that the driving test in England, Scotland and Wales will change from Monday 4 December 2017. A Blackpool driving instructor witnesses another car passed him going the wrong way on Bispham Roundabout in Blackpool.  The driving instructor said that he was “very surprised” to see the car approach him while he was teaching a learner driver to negotiate Bispham roundabout.The video footage, captured by the driving instructor’s camera, a small white car can be seen driving dangerously the wrong way around the roundabout.
